TO CARE NOT TO CONTROL is a project to raise awareness on the cases of cat and dogs meat consumption and animal abuse. A problem that many people have deemed minor or a normalized “culture” due to there being no laws to protect the rights of these pets. This problem can arise many other potential dangers for the growth of society and animal’s well being.

Cases of cats and dogs abuse, participating in the consumption of their meat shows a large amount of people have lost their compassion and humanities. The lack of care for weaker animals can potentially leads to dangerous psychopathic behavior and risk in health and wellbeing. It also poses dangerous acts of illegal activities in many cities and neighboorhods.
